16 RANDOM FACTS about BATCH 16

16 RANDOM FACTS about BATCH 16

1.First and foremost, they are crammers and procrastinators who always struggle doing their homework, projects, etc.

2.They topped the National Achievement Test when they were in their sophomore year. They actually had beaten all the public schools as well as all the Science High Schools in the National Capital Region.

3.They were involved to a not-so-big case called CHEATING that actually was enlarged when a stupid letter from an unknown/concerned student showed up.

4.Fortunately, this issue was solved and Batch 16 surely stood up, proved and will prove something more than what our naked eyes would perceive.

5.They have their two batch shirts that were exclusively distributed by their own Omar Pabuaya, the mascot of the batch. You can always see them wearing it during their P.E. class, a public meeting/gathering, or a special event.

6.Allowance day would just mean Mcday or SM Sucat day.

7.In addition to number six, allowance day would also mean pay-day for the ones who still deals with their month-old debts (e.g. Gintong Butil, Young Leader, Vita Matematika, etc.).

8.They have hugged almost everyone (68 students, to be exact) in their batch.

9.They used to have a ‘Breakfast Galore’ every Friday before. This was actually created by the Rejuvenating 4B students and Sir Dids.

10.During their freshman, some of the male students blasted the boy’s comfort room using piccolo. There were actually a couple of toilet bowls to be replaced because of that.

11.“Struggle” and “Projectile!” are the most commonly used words by the batch.

12.They love to have Free Time, Free Time, and Free Time (FT, for short).

13.Everyone of the batch seems to be online whenever there is a project to be passed the next day.

14.The boys in the batch were brave and good fighters. In fact, some of them have been involved in a ‘boxing match’.

15.Some did enjoy having themselves trapped inside the school until 8 because of a terrible flood while some actually did struggle in fighting the fast current which overflowed from the river because they badly needed to go home.

16.And finally, even though this batch seemed to undergone a lot of grudges, intrigues and challenges during their stay in ParSci, no other batch could beat this DREAM TEAM, the batch 16.

it's been a while since i posted something crazy in this stupid blog. it's only for days but it really felt like a month for me. i didn't actually enjoy the two-week christmas break. or should i say, i didn't feel it. [sigh] these past few days were really tiring that it looked like those busy schooldays. oh how i wish that there's more FT/FDs to come.

since i haven't posted the special/tiring events that happened, i'll just gonna make an outline.

December 26, 2008 (friday)
my mom and i went shopping at Jologs. we bought 2 pairs of shoes (for the wedding the day after) and a little black dress (for bea's debut).

December 27, 2008 (saturday)
we attended uncle Ivan's wedding at hillsborough aqua park in alabang. tio boy and the rest of the gang didn't have the chance to eat so we went to max's restaurant after.

December 28, 2008 (sunday)

December 29, 2008 (monday)
bea's debut at intramuros . i actually kinda liked the place.

December 30, 2008 (tuesday)
nothing special happened.

December 31, 2008 (wednesday)
Happy New Year! we spent our new year's eve at mandaluyong city (at kuya jun jun's) and it's super duper boring and sad. come to think of it: we spent the last few hours of 2008 inside a van! ugh, i can't imagine why and how i managed to calm down myself during that time.

January 1, 2009 (thursday)
by the time the fireworks stopped (and i think it was at around 1 am), we fastened our seatbelts and headed to BAGUIO! oh yeah. XD that was a very fast yet tiring ride. we arrived there at 5 and we had our first picture taken at the lion's uhm.. whatever.. it was still dark though. and we are the only ones in there. oh, i forgot! it was also SUPER cold. yes, it is. it was like you're inside a refrigerator. good thing i bought my jacket with me, 'cause i wore a sleeveless tee that time. haha.

[this one's gonna be long. so prepare yourselves if you're gonna continue reading or not. this is just a warning. lol]

hell yeah, we spent our new year at baguio and it was so AWESOME. and considering the present weather we experience during this season, it's a very perfect timing. i only have gone to baguio one time and i haven't felt the coldness they're talking about, so yeah it was super perfect..... PERFECT? uhmmm maybe not 'cause we arrived there pretty much early that the sun was still lazy to spread its ray on us. :))

SECOND STOP: THE CLEAN RESTROOM. this clean restroom was really clean. i mean, the floor's not slippery and wet, it smells not bad, the bowl's clean. and also, you'll gonna pay before you enter and it depends on what will you do : pee-P6, pupu-P12, bath-I don't know, brush-I also don't know, hilamos-free if you're gonna pupu and brush your teeth, have a tour inside-P5, etc. and FYI: the cubicles were divided into two, and again depending on what you will do. e.g. if you want to pee, you'll take the right side, but if you're going going to respond to nature's call, then you'll take the left side. you can't cheat the caretaker of this CLEAN RESTROOM because the bowls used in peeing are different to the bowls in pupuing. in the pupu bowl, it's a normal one like what we have in our houses. but in the pee bowl, it's like you're just peeing on the floor, except that there's a bowl present but you can't tell if that really is a bowl or not. it's like a SINK. it doesn't have a flush. so better tell the caretaker the truth! don't worry, don't be shy. if you're gonna pupu, then tell her, like what we did. but unfortunately, mine didn't go out, so the P12 we paid for was nasayang. awwwwww.

THIRD STOP: BURNHAM PARK. since it was just meters away from the Clean Restroom and it was not that dark outside, i went to Burnham Park. i also took some pictures. it was amazing! it's my first time to see a park without any people wandering around. haha.

FOURTH STOP:
